YC just wrapped up and honestly, the most valuable advice we got was the simplest.

Don't die.

That's it. That's the whole message.

Not "disrupt the market" or "achieve product-market fit in 90 days" or "scale to unicorn status."

Just... don't die.

Keep talking to users. Keep shipping. Keep the lights on. Stay alive long enough to figure it out.

It sounds almost too simple. But watching other batches and hearing the war stories, you realize most startups don't fail because they lack some genius insight.

They just run out of motivation before they find it.
